Born and raised in Vejano, a quaint town in Lazio, Italy, I grew up in a humble family environment that instilled in me a deep appreciation for the traditions, craftsmanship, and conviviality of land-loving families.
Since the age of 18, I have traveled extensively, seeking knowledge and practical growth in the culinary world.
My journey has taken me through various European countries, from my beloved Italy to Spain and Germany, ultimately landing in France and Corsica at a fine dining venue, Maldive and participating in an exciting pre-opening project in Seychelles.
My passion for connection has led me to master four languages.
Today, I channel my years of hard work in the kitchen into a philosophy that emphasizes the beauty and essential nature of culinary artistry around the table.
I excel in planning strategies, setting goals, customizing experiences, and fostering motivated environments for ambitious projects.
